Tax Listening Session Framework Released – Yesterday, House Ways and Means Committee Chair Kevin Brady (R-TX) released a listening section framework for “Tax Cuts 2.0.” The talking points include changes to retirement savings accounts, including creating a new universal savings account and allowing families to access retirement accounts without penalties when welcoming a new child. The framework would also create special tax breaks for startups. The broad outline does not address technical corrections from the legislation passed last year. You can view the document here.
