Appropriations Watch – Congressional appropriators are working to complete negotiations on an FY2018 Omnibus bill to fund the government through September 30, 2018 by the end of this week. This timetable will enable the House to vote on the bill next week, and the Senate to vote on it the Week of March 19. Once FY2018 passes, Congressional attention will shift to negotiations on the FY2019 budget. The current Continuing Appropriations Resolution (CR) expires on March 23.
