Change of Plans: Short Week for the House – Today, Congress returns from the one-week President’s Day Recess. In a change to the previous schedule, the House will adjourn for the week on Tuesday in preparation for the Rev. Billy Graham to lie in State. The Senate will be in session for the full week.
