How the 2010 Election Impacts Microenterprise

Last week's elections brought huge changes to Washington, with the Republican Party reclaiming the majority in the House of Representatives after only four years in the minority. The Republican victory is the largest by any party in over 70 years, and will result in an equally large shift in the priorities of the House. On the Senate side, Democrats retained their majority despite having lost several seats. As of today, the new House has 239 Republicans to 185 Democrats; the Senate has 52 Democrats to 46 Republicans.
