Lawmakers include Title XII in the final version of the finance-reform bill

After a long night of debate and negotiation lawmakers came to agreement on the final details of the finance-reform bill a little after 5:00 a.m. this morning. The final bill includes Title XII, which is good news for the microenterprise field as it will offer new opportunities and partnerships for  microloan funds.
